Actually, I found no complaint from the SSS members regarding the way we can inquire online about our SSS account. That was just easy and I don't have problem accessing it.
But when the SSS tried to upgrade their website into Web 2.0 capabilities, everything has become hard. The homepage is not accessible, and especially the Online Inquiry System of it.
- Bakit pa pinalitan yung dati kasi? Mas mahirap naman ginawa ngayon hindi lalo user friendly. Kaming mga working 5 days a week walang time magpunta sa SSS office at net lang ang pwede namin magamit para macheck contributions namin sa sss. Ngayon ichecheck ko ang number of contributions ko tapos hindi ko makita. Uubusin ng isang araw at magaabsent pa ako sa trabaho para lang makita contributions. Isara nalang ang website na yan kung ganun rin lang!
- If this is the first time that i would check my account on-line,do I still have to register first with the on-line site or should I just go on and check my account?
- ano ba yan,hindi na user friendly ang website ng sss ngayon……gawin nyo sana ng maayos ang trabaho nyo mga taga-gobyerno.
- hAy..!!! mahirap ngang mag access sa inquiry system nila kailangan pang mag register. tpos mahirap mag register may mga hinahanap pa…. kainis talaga,.. buti pa dti madali lang… gusto lang yatang kumita sila thru text e .. kainissss..
- gusto nyo bang may access ang tao sa contribution nila? or delaying tactics lang ito..buti pa ugn dati madali maka-access and check their contribution but now ang hirap na at ang gulo gulo pa..
- oo nga! sobrang hirap na mag inquire! pera naman natin yun tapos pinapahirapan pa tayo! hirap na nga pumila para malaman contribution pati ba naman sa internet mahirap parin! ang gawin nila kung naiisip nila through phone inquiry ganun nalang, parang nag iinquire ka sa credit card diba follow the prompt nalang at pag may question kumausap ng agent. baka naman pati agent ayaw pa nilang gumastos! sobrang kalokohan nalang yan, kung ayaw nilang gumastos ng mas malaki ayusin nila ang serbisyo nila kung internet man yan o email etc. kaming mga naghuhulog ang nahihirapan eh. sarili naming pera itinitago pa nila.
- mag inquire lang ako ng existing SSS number status, gusto kc ng husband ko i update yong sss contribution niya as self employed. sa ganitong case dapat ito yong purpose ng internet inquiry pero 2 days na ako nag try to access inquiry wala page cannot be displayed error. kung hindi rin lang available yong site for inquiry dapat at least mag advise na hindi available para hindi naman masayang yong oras at perang ibiniabayad natin sa website.
- i guess hindi p tlga ready ung bagong system tlga kc since lat 2 months p ngi-error ang site ..haler, pano nmn kming mga ofw n sa net lng ang access sa mga conributions nmin..ang dami nang reklamo pero bkit wlang mga sagot..khit man lng simpleng advisory na..pipol, hindi p tapos eh…un, hindi ung kung anu-anong link binibigay at numero to contact you pero wla nmng progress…ano ba yan?…
- Kinain na ni Neri yung funds sa SSS, ubos na pati sa maintenance nang website o online inquiry.!
- walang kwenta tong online inquiry nyo!!!! mahirap n magregister wala pang access sa inquiry system.pati sa text wala na. gnagamit nyo contributions nmin kaya dapat bigyan nyo kmi ng mgandang sevice
- anak ng mga tiktik….bakit ganito ang program nyo mga walang hiya mapuputol na ang daliri ko sa kakapindot pindutin ko kaya ang mga tainga nyo…pero cge…lang bahala kayo…sana pagpalain kayo ni satanas
- hindi joke lang kalma lang kayo…..ah…kayo kaya ang mag inquire…na hindi kayo mainis ……maawa naman kayo sa katulad ….nagmamakaawa poh ako sa inyo pa utangin po ninyo ako wala na akong pambayad sa internet cafe dito…napasubra kasi ang oras ko dahil sa subrang tagal nyo…..ok lang …ba?

- Good day!your website is always busy or down.Im trying to connect for 2hours already. just want to know about my contributions and if i can still apply for my maternity. Im Victoria Lazanas mendoza. My bday is Feb. 24, 1985.SSS# -04-1519033-0. I think i had 5/6 mos contribution last year and this year i think my employer paid from April-August.Can i still pay as a voluntary just to avail the maternity?I will give birth on February 19, 2009.Thanks.

- hello SSS!bk8 po klangan mag sign up pa pra mka pag log-in sa website nyo po? hirap pa nmang mka pasok, nka pag sign up na po ako pero ung in-assign nyo po na password nag e-error po. mas ok na po ung dati na e-enter lang po ung member’s name and ung sss# ok na..minsan nman lagi pang nag e-error website nyo po..;)

- I just want to follow up my application for manual verification of premium contribution from February 1967 to June 30, 1982. My SS # 07-0219438-2. I was employed by Sugar Producers Cooperative Marketing Assn. ID #07-0039000-7 since 1967 and as far as I could remember we have to remit through our Makati Office our contributions when SS had no local office here in Bacolod City. I have submitted a certification from my office here that I have contributed 186 premiums from February 1967 up to June 30,1982. I have submitted this to our Bacolod Office here last August 14, 2007 but until now I got negative response. Please help me out with this problem of mine. I am already 65 years but I have not received any benefits from you. I would like also to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Corazon S. DE LA PAZ fo promptly sending me my ID. grabe hirap mag register sa inyo??bakit ganun,,tapos ung mga tao pinapag online nio para dun kumuha ng static information eh napaka hirap namang mag register,wala man lang kaung instruction,sana ibalik nio nalang sa dati na pwdi kumuha ng static information sa mga branch nio.iwas lang ata kayo sa trabaho nio eh..o ayusin nio nalang ung site nio para madaling makaregister,kaylangan talaga ng static information sa pag apply sa trabaho.
ReplyDeletei cannot access my sss contribution. pumunta ako sa sss loan para mag-inquire at magrequest ng printouts pero sabi nila sa pwede na daw akong mag-inquire sa internet pero wala naman. sana pakiayos website nyo.
